PRIVACY NOTICE REGARDING IMAGIS USE OF PREDICTIVE INDEX
WHAT IS PREDICTIVE INDEX?
The Predictive Index (PI) is an online behavioral assessment tool for relational evaluations and teamwork programs. It includes an untimed, free-choice, stimulus-response questionnaire that measures a person’s motivating drives and needs.
WHY DO WE NEED IT? HOW DO WE USE THE RESULTS?
As part of our business process, PI is used as a tool to ascertain the natural needs, drives and behaviors of our suppliers, dealers, distributors and other business partners (Business Partners). These insights facilitate a good match between Imagis and a Business Partner. When used for existing Business Partners, it also fosters increased self-awareness, which helps both parties to communicate effectively, strengthen team dynamics, and improve mutual relationships.
WHAT KIND OF PERSONAL DATA DO WE STORE WITHIN PI TOOL?
Besides basic personal info (name, last name, email address, language preference), the system will contain the answers to the standard assessment questions and the resulting profile of persons taking the assessments.
WHERE IS YOUR DATA STORED?
PI assessment data will be stored by PI on PI cloud servers in the USA. It may also be transferred to other countries where PI or Imagis internal clients are located. As part of the registration process to take a PI assessment, the respondent will be asked for the consent for the transfer your information outside his home country and its processing inside the United States or elsewhere for the purposes stated.
WHO GETS ACCESS TO THE RESULTS?
The results of the assessment are shared with Business Partner’s contact at Imagis and other employees taking direct participation in that relationship as well as the HR on the need-to-know basis.
HOW LONG TO WE STORE THE ASSESSMENT RESULTS?
PI will keep the information no longer than 120 days from the end of Imagis agreement with PI. Afterwards all respondent personal information is anonymized.
Imagis keeps the results of all business partners for 6 months following the evaluation taking date. If a Business Partner is selected to start doing business with Imagis, the assessment results are kept until such relationship lasts.

You may also have a right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection regulator. Please note that the regulator may recommend that steps are taken to resolve the matter with us before involving the regulator itself.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY NOTICE
We may update this Privacy Notice at any time by publishing an updated version. The new modified or amended Privacy Notice will apply from that revision date. Therefore, we encourage you to review this Privacy Notice periodically to be informed about how we are protecting your information.
